The software runs on Windows starting from version 7. Versions for Linux and iOS can be released at the request of the client

The software will allow you to analyze the battery condition:

  • obtain data on the residual capacity (in % and a*h - ampere hour AH) of the battery and the possibility of its further use;

  • plot the main parameters graphs – current, temperature, voltage, vibrations;

  • obtain a screenshot of the current values with the resolution of 1/16 seconds, including pulse current values as shown in the Figure below

  • all points of exceeding the battery performance limits
  • obtain data on exceeding batter performance limits. For example, if the maximum operating temperature is specified as +150° or less, but the temperature during operation is +160°, this may be the reason to cancel the battery manufacturer`s warranty


Therefore, use of the battery controller makes it possible to precisely determine the battery operating mode (parameters) as well as to avoid claims from oilfield service companies in case of batteries improper use


Use of our controller by oilfield service companies will allow determining the battery residual capacity as well as defining the causes of batteries failures during operation
